Shipping policy

In-store Pick-up

All products are available for pick-up at the store the product is located at. 

All orders must be picked up by the person who placed the order. Please be prepared to show photo ID upon pick-up, and provide your order number.  

If you require special accommodation or a commercial enterprise will be picking up the order, please contact customerservice@habitatrestore.ca prior to heading to a ReStore location to discuss additional verification options. Your paid in full online or in-store pick up order will be held for 3 days, after which the order will be canceled and fully refunded to original payment method. 

Delivery Service

Order cutoff time is 2pm EST every day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed in the next business day.

Small Items
Under 12" x 24" x 18 in shipping size, under 65lbs in shipping weight

Canada Post Parcel Delivery, GTA Doorstep Delivery & In-store Pickup are available, options and shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

Canada Post Parcel Delivery

We ship small parcels within Canada by Canada Post using Regular or XpressPost Delivery. Rates are calculated at checkout. Please allow an additional 1-2 days processing time.

Please note that we are unable to ship items with batteries.

Items 12” x 24” x 18" or larger will be considered a large item and assigned to Doorstep Delivery with applicable large item fees.

Large Items
12" x 24" x 18 or more in shipping size, 65lbs or more in shipping weight, only GTA Doorstep Delivery, and In-store Pickup are available, options and shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

GTA Doorstep Delivery for $155

Handling time is 1-2 business days
Transit time is 8-12 business days

No minimum Purchase Required.

Doorstep delivery is available in:

Ajax, Aurora, Brampton, King City, Markham, Mississauga, Newmarket, Oshawa, Pickering, Richmond Hill, Toronto, Vaughan, and Whitby.

If you live outside the delivery zone, you will need to pick up your large items in store.

Easy clear access on a solid stable surface is required. At this time we do not enter homes, residential buildings or units. In order to ensure the safety of our staff and customers, all orders will be delivered to:

  • The doorstep
  • Driveway
  • Garage
  • Loading dock

Doorstep Delivery occurs Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm, excluding holidays. We will contact you by e-mail a business day before your item(s) is scheduled to be delivered, and by phone on the day of the delivery 30 minutes prior to arrival.

Sometimes orders arrive in multiple shipments. If this is the case, we will contact you again by e-mail when we have scheduled subsequent deliveries.

Oversize Items

Oversize items are not available for delivery and can be only purchased with the In-Store Pick-Up option.
