84" long to be cut with metal blade on saw to exactl length to fit between posts - Fasten to top Deck board in horizontal fence panel by drilling two holes on top of cap rail on each end and then use extra wood screws in horizontal channel kit to fasten.
- Cap rail will also fit inside of side channels to close off wood gap between cap rail and side channels
- Allow boards to shrink for three weeks after installation before fastening in top board with cap rail to side channels.
